WD-D600T heavy-duty autonomous towing cart industrial transfer robot is the top-of-range tugger AMR in our traction robot series, designed exclusively for ultra-heavy turnover cages, mold racks and multi-trolley batch circulation.

Different from medium-load WD-D300T tugger robot, WD-D600T upgrades thickened high-load chassis and hydraulic mechanical lifting traction arm, which can automatically lift and lock heavy trolley frames to avoid disconnection during high-load towing. Dual-mode design: autonomous laser navigation for fixed long-distance production line delivery; manual push mode for flexible temporary handling without separate manual trolleys. It widely matches all standard heavy storage containers, material shelves, multi-section carriages with customizable towing lengths.

Marker-free Laser SLAM navigation without magnetic strips or ground QR codes, zero factory ground reconstruction cost. Equipped with multi-angle visual sensors, three-color warning light, emergency stop button and full-range anti-collision detection, support autonomous elevator, rolling shutter and security gate passing, realize 24/7 full-process unmanned heavy tugger train transportation.
