WD-S600 underneath riding industrial pallet delivery robot is our flagship ultra-heavy latent submerged lifting AMR, specially designed for transporting heavy molds, large metal pallets and oversized material racks. Ultra-low 365mm body can drive underneath standard heavy pallets, built-in concealed 50mm automatic lifting stroke, reinforced high-load chassis supports maximum 600kg rated load. Equipped with dual LiDAR + RGB multi-sensor fusion positioning, ±5mm high precision navigation, 48V 22.5Ah high-voltage lithium battery enables over 8 hours continuous operation, only 1.1 hours full fast charging. Matched full-surround anti-collision impact strip, emergency stop button and running indicator light strip, minimum 80cm passing width, support autonomous elevator passing and multi-robot cluster scheduling, ideal for mold factories, auto assembly plants, heavy machinery workshops and raw material warehouses.

Custom Pallet Matching Reminders


1.All heavy transport pallets must be customized according to our standard size parameters; self-made oversized, overweight thin-walled frames will lead to concealed lifting failure and tipping risk under 600kg full load.

2.The bottom of the metal pallet frame must be fully flat without protruding support feet to realize complete contact with the robot’s concealed lifting platform surface.

3.If anti-static workshop or special high-climbing ramp demand, inform our technical team in advance to configure customized lifting modules and anti-static wheel accessories.

48V High Voltage Battery & Fast Charging Precautions


1.Only use original matched dedicated fast charging dock; mismatched third-party low-voltage chargers are forbidden to avoid battery overheating, swelling and fire safety hazards.

2.Charging environment temperature must be controlled between 0℃–40℃; long-term idle storage temperature kept within 10–30℃.

3.Start charging within 30 minutes after low power alarm triggers; deep discharge will seriously shorten the service life of 48V high-voltage lithium battery.

4.Regularly wipe charging dock metal contact points to ensure stable fast charging; stop charging immediately after full power to prevent overcharge damage to battery cells.
