The WD-L150 Lifting type factory material handling AMR robot is an auto-lift autonomous mobile robot designed for workshop trolley and shelf automatic docking. Equipped with built-in 50mm automatic lifting mechanism and high-load chassis, it supports max 150kg load, matches customized size storage shelves. Adopts LiDAR + deep camera multi-sensor fusion navigation, ±5mm high positioning accuracy, minimum 70cm aisle passing width. 30Ah large battery supports over 10 hours continuous operation, auto return charging, 4G/WiFi remote scheduling, realize unmanned automatic picking & delivery of workshop material shelves without manual loading and unloading.

Product Overview

WD-L150 lifting type factory material handling AMR robot is a special autonomous mobile robot with integrated automatic lifting function, independently developed for workshop shelf, turnover cart automatic transfer and docking.

Different from flatbed and multi-layer tray AMR, this model is equipped with built-in lifting mechanism of 50mm stroke, which can automatically jack up and transport all kinds of customized material shelves, realize automatic docking with production line stations, greatly reduce manual trolley pushing and handling work.

Adopts marker-free Laser SLAM navigation technology, no magnetic strips, QR codes or ground rails needed, zero factory environment reconstruction cost. Standard 10.1-inch touch screen with emergency stop button, matched deep camera, RGB camera, LiDAR and IMU multi-sensor collaborative obstacle avoidance, support autonomous elevator, automatic door and rolling shutter passing, realize cross-floor full-automatic shelf circulation.

Operation & Installation Precautions

1. Environment & Site Precautions

The AMR is designed for indoor dry workshops, labs and warehouses; do not use outdoors, in humid, corrosive, dust-explosion or high-temperature workshops without customized explosion-proof version.

Ground flatness requirement: ground bumps ≤20mm, slope ≤8°. Do not operate on uneven, cracked or slippery oily floors, which will affect navigation and lifting stability.

Reserve at least 70cm wide aisle for robot passage; avoid stacking goods, cables, pallets to block walking routes.

2. Automatic Lifting Mechanism Safety Notes

Check the lifting frame before each startup: no foreign objects stuck between lifting chassis and shelf frame. Strictly prohibit hands, feet or tools into the lifting gap during lifting action.

Standard lifting height is fixed at 50mm. Do not overload over 150kg; overweight will cause lifting motor damage and frame deformation.

Only place matched customized shelves on the lifting frame. Do not transport irregular, unbalanced, overhanging goods that lead to center of gravity offset (easy to tip over).

3. Battery & Charging Precautions

Equipped with 30Ah lithium battery pack, only use the original supporting automatic charging dock. Do not replace with third-party mismatched chargers to avoid battery swelling or fire risk.

Do not charge in environment temperature below 0℃ or above 40℃; store the robot at room temperature (10–30℃) when idle for a long time.

If the robot triggers low power alarm, arrange charging within 30 minutes; avoid deep discharge which shortens battery service life.

4.Custom Shelving Matching Reminders


The bottom of the shelf frame must be flat without protruding feet, to ensure complete contact with the lifting platform.

For anti-static workshop scenarios, inform our technical team in advance to configure anti-static wheels and anti-static shelf accessories.
