WD-FT1500 autonomous forklift unmanned pallet handling robot is an intelligent pallet jack AMR specially developed for warehouse pallet automatic storage and retrieval, with a rated load of 1500kg and 110mm standard lifting height. It supports four optional navigation modes: free laser SLAM, track magnetic strip, mixed navigation and follow mode, matching different factory transformation budgets. Equipped with intelligent touch screen, PLC Modbus industrial protocol docking, automatic unmanned navigation + manual driver dual control mode. Built-in LiDAR/IMU positioning system with ±5mm high precision, 24V 100Ah large battery for over 5h continuous operation, automatic return charging, full perimeter safety touch edge and multi-layer anti-collision sensors, widely applied in logistics warehouses, auto parts and manufacturing plants for unmanned pallet inbound, outbound and line-side feeding.

Product Operation Instructions


1.Pre-operation Inspection

Check fork surface for deformation, confirm emergency stop button is reset, profile warning light shows standby green.

Verify battery power; trigger charging task if low power alarm appears.

Clean LiDAR, photoelectric sensor and safety touch edge surface, remove dust and debris.

Confirm warehouse aisle width ≥2200mm, clear obstacles on driving route.

2. Two Operation Modes Switch


Mode 1: Automatic Unmanned Navigation Mode

Complete warehouse map building and delivery task editing on remote scheduling platform in advance.

Align pallet entry with fork, lift to 110mm height to separate pallet from ground, balance goods center of gravity.

Operate touch screen to select pre-set task and start automatic operation.

Robot runs along planned route with real-time obstacle avoidance; auto return charging dock after task completion or low power.

Mode 2: Manual Driver Control Mode

Pause all background automatic scheduling tasks first.

Hold the built-in driving handle, manually control forward, backward, turn and lifting/lowering of forks.

After finishing temporary pallet transfer, exit manual mode and resume automatic navigation tasks.



3. Daily Shutdown & Storage

Finish all delivery tasks, send robot back to charging dock for supplementary charging.

Clean fork, sensors and wheel debris, wipe LiDAR lens with soft lint cloth.

Long-term idle storage: fully charge battery, cut off main power, charge once every 15 days to protect battery life.
