Equipped with dual LiDAR + deep camera multi-sensor fusion positioning, ±5mm high precision navigation, 48V 22.5Ah high-voltage battery supports over 8 hours continuous operation, only 1.1 hours full fast charging. Matched 3-color warning light strip, anti-collision impact strip, emergency stop button, minimum 80cm passing width, support autonomous elevator passing, multi-robot fleet scheduling, ideal for heavy machinery workshops, auto manufacturing plants and large raw material warehouses.

1.All heavy transport shelves must be customized according to our standard size; self-made oversized, overweight thin frames will cause lifting failure and tipping risk under 600kg load.

2.The bottom of the metal shelf frame must be fully flat without protruding support feet to realize complete contact with the lifting platform.

3.If anti-static workshop or special lifting height demand, inform our technical team in advance to configure customized lifting module and anti-static accessories.

Daily Maintenance & Long-term Storage

1.Daily pre-operation inspection: emergency stop reset status, three-color warning light normal display, sensor cleanliness, battery power, lifting frame no deformation, anti-collision strip intact.

2.Weekly maintenance: wipe dual LiDAR and camera lenses with soft lint-free cloth, clean wheel winding metal scraps, lubricate heavy load wheel bearings, check lifting wiring harness tightness.

3.Long-term storage over 7 days: fully charge the 48V battery first, turn off the main power switch, park the robot at charging dock, charge once every 15 days to protect lithium battery.
