Product Overview

WD-D300 & WD-D300E series Factory material handling AMR robot are heavy-load flatbed autonomous mobile robots, independently developed for medium-to-heavy industrial material transportation.

Different from multi-layer tray AMR, this series adopts integrated large flat chassis, perfect for bulky molds, metal parts, finished equipment, large packaging boxes that cannot be layered placed. Two sizes optional: compact WD-D300 for narrow production lines, widened WD-D300E for large-size workpieces.

Both models support max 300kg heavy load to meet factory heavy handling demands.

LiDAR+IMU+Deep Camera+RGB Camera multi-sensor positioning, positioning accuracy ±5mm horizontal / ±1° rotation, real-time dynamic obstacle avoidance, surmount 20mm ground bumps, climb slopes ≤8°, stable running on complex factory floors.

3.Large Capacity Battery & Auto Charging

30Ah lithium battery pack, continuous running over 9 hours, full charging takes only 3-4 hours. Low-power automatic return charging dock, support 7×24h unattended factory material handling.
