Product Overview 

WD-D80 four-layer tray backpack AMR robot belongs to our factory intelligent distribution robot series, a new lightweight autonomous mobile handling robot designed for light-load material circulation scenarios. Compared with traditional track-guided AGV, WD-D80 realizes marker-free laser SLAM navigation, no need to lay magnetic strips, QR codes or guide rails, zero transformation cost for factory environment.

With independent multi-layer carrying tray structure, the machine is widely used in electronic workshop, laboratory, pharmaceutical factory, office building, small logistics warehouse for raw material feeding, finished product distribution, sample transfer and document delivery. It integrates 10.1-inch touch screen, depth camera, LiDAR, ultrasonic sensor and automatic charging module, full intelligent operation without human intervention.

1.Lightweight Compact Structure, Flexible Movement Whole machine dimension 570*500*1240mm, minimum passing width only 70cm, freely shuttle narrow workshop aisles; max 80kg bearing with four independent anti-static trays, prevent electronic parts static damage.

2.Dual Intelligent Navigation System Combined laser radar + IMU + RGB depth camera + ultrasonic radar multi-sensor fusion positioning, ±5mm positioning accuracy, dynamic path planning and real-time obstacle avoidance, cross 20mm small obstacles, climb ≤8° slope.

3.Full-scene Autonomous Passing Function Support automatic elevator taking, automatic induction door, rolling shutter door and gate access, realize cross-floor full factory automatic distribution without manual transfer.

4.Remote Control & Multi-machine Collaboration 4G + WiFi dual network communication, one-key remote call on PC/tablet; support multi-point simultaneous delivery, multi-robot fleet scheduling, timing fixed route patrol transport.
