Traction Trolley Safety Rules

1.Check traction hook locking state before startup, ensure the storage cage trolley is firmly hooked, prohibit loose connection during moving.

2.Strictly do not exceed 300kg rated traction load; overweight will cause traction motor burnout and trolley tipping hazard.

3.Arrange goods inside storage cages evenly to keep balanced center of gravity, prohibit overhanging and uneven stacking cargo.

4.The robot will automatically reduce speed when towing trolleys; do not manually force high-speed movement with loaded cages.

5.Press emergency stop button immediately if trolley shaking, hook disconnection or abnormal noise occurs, cut power and inspect before restarting.

Battery & Charging Precautions

1.Only use original matching charging dock, mismatched third-party chargers are forbidden to avoid battery swelling and safety hazards.

2.Charging ambient temperature range: 0℃–40℃; long-term storage temperature keep 10–30℃.

3.Complete charging within 30 minutes after low power alarm, deep discharge will shorten lithium battery service life.

4.Regularly wipe charging dock metal contacts to ensure stable charging, stop charging after fully charged to prevent overcharge damage.
