Product Operation Instructions

1. Pre-operation Inspection

Check telescopic mast for deformation, confirm emergency stop button reset, running indicator light standby green.

Verify battery power, trigger auto charging task if low power warning appears.

Clean LiDAR, photoelectric sensors and safety touch edge to remove dust and packaging debris.

Ensure warehouse turning aisle width ≥2300mm, clear obstacles on driving and stacking routes.

Complete warehouse map drawing, rack coordinate and stacking task editing on remote scheduling platform in advance.

Align forks with pallet entry, lift pallet to target rack height between 1600–2500mm, keep goods gravity centered.

One-click start automatic task on touch screen; robot automatically drives to target rack position and completes pallet storage/retrieval.

After task completion or low power, the stacker automatically returns to charging dock for supplementary charging.

Dispatch robot to charging station within 30 minutes after low power alarm via automatic task.

Automatic docking charging, full charging cycle takes only 1.6 hours; do not forcibly disconnect charging head during charging.

Cut off power after fully charged to avoid lithium battery overcharge damage.

4. Daily Shutdown & Storage

Finish all stacking tasks, send equipment back to charging dock for full charging.

Clean mast, forks, wheels and sensor surfaces with soft lint cloth.

Long-term idle storage over 7 days: fully charge battery, cut main power, charge once every 15 days to protect battery service life.
