Wall Climbing Robot Chassis

Model:WD-Ma360
WD-Ma360 magnetic tracked wall climbing robot chassis is a ferromagnetic adsorption industrial crawler platform designed for vertical metal wall operations. Equipped with dual 240W brushless DC reduction motors, it delivers 16.8NM torque, supporting 10kg rated vertical payload and up to 60kg extreme test load at 85°. With ultra-low 3mm ground clearance, it adapts curved surfaces with a minimum cylinder diameter of 5 meters, compatible with steel tanks, ship hulls and iron structural walls. Adopting stainless steel & aluminum frame, IP54 waterproof rating and dual-fan heat dissipation, this wall crawler chassis works stably for inspection, rust removal and cleaning tasks. Powered by DC24V 10AH lithium battery, adjustable speed ranges from 0 to 0.5m/s, customizable OEM service available.

Product Overview

WD-Ma360 Magnetic Wall Climbing Robot Chassis is our classic heavy-duty tracked climbing base specially developed for ferromagnetic metal vertical walls. Different from vacuum suction climbing equipment, this crawler chassis uses polyurethane magnet composite tracks to form strong permanent magnetic adsorption force, which will not fail due to air leakage, ideal for long-time continuous marine and petrochemical industry work.

The whole chassis adopts integrated stainless steel and aluminum alloy structure, ultra-thin 3mm bottom clearance greatly improves obstacle crossing and curved surface passing performance, it can smoothly walk on cylindrical surfaces with diameter above 5 meters, widely used in ship hull cleaning, oil storage tank inspection, steel tower rust removal, NDT ultrasonic testing and other industrial scenarios. We support full OEM & ODM customization for payload, protection grade and mounting cabin size.

Core Advantages

1.Strong Magnetic Adsorption

Permanent magnet composite tracks, stable adsorption on 90° vertical walls and 180° ceiling; 10kg rated vertical payload, 60kg extreme test load at 85°, 10kg ceiling load, safe for heavy equipment mounting.

2.Excellent Curved Surface Adaptability

Ultra-low 3mm chassis ground clearance, minimum adaptable cylinder diameter up to 5 meters, freely travel on large storage tanks, ship curved hull surfaces. Optional upgraded IP65 waterproof version (partially reduce curved surface adaptability).

3.Dual Brushless Power System

Dual 240W DC brushless reduction motors, total 480W power, 16.8NM single output torque, 125RPM stable rotation speed, stepless adjustable moving speed 0-0.5m/s, powerful climbing performance. Dual cooling fans effectively reduce motor heat during long-hour work.
