Equipped with independent front double-wishbone suspension, brushless DC drive system, 24V lithium battery and front disc rear drum brake. IP54 waterproof & explosion-proof solid tires, large internal cabin space, fully customizable configurations. Ideal for inspection, reconnaissance, exploration, scientific research and teaching unmanned robot projects.

WD-W3-2200S Ackermann Wheeled Robot Chassis is a highly integrated universal mobile UGV platform designed for autonomous unmanned robots. It adopts mature front Ackermann steering structure matched with rear integral hard differential axle drive system, balancing flexible steering performance and strong off-road traction.

Core Structural & Technical Advantages

1.Unique Front Ackermann Suspension System

Our self-developed front double wishbone balance suspension adopts pushrod single reduction transverse layout, compact internal layout, greatly improving vehicle stability and terrain trafficability. Four built-in dampers (2 front + 2 rear) effectively absorb vibration on rough roads.

2.Reliable Rear Differential Drive Power System

Rear integral hard bridge with 1:20 reduction ratio, matched with 24V 300W brushless DC motor with high-precision encoder. The supporting driver reserves complete communication interfaces for secondary development, convenient for upper computer navigation control.

3.Complete Safety Power & Braking System

Standard 24V 30Ah lithium power battery built-in intelligent BMS protection system to prevent overcharge, overdischarge and short circuit. Brake structure is front disc brake + rear drum brake, supporting both driving braking and mechanical parking brake to guarantee safety during operation and shutdown.
