WD-L300/L300E series Automatic lifting platform mobile robot is a heavy-load autonomous lifting mobile robot independently designed for medium-heavy workshop turnover shelves, material racks and tool carts automatic handling.
Different from light lifting AMR, this series upgrades the load capacity to 300kg, equipped with reinforced high-load chassis and 50mm standard lifting stroke, which can automatically jack up all kinds of customized metal storage frames, complete automatic docking with production line stations without manual trolley pushing. Two size versions optional: compact WD-L300 for narrow workshop aisles, widened WD-L300E for oversized large shelves.
Adopts marker-free Laser SLAM navigation, no magnetic strips, QR codes or ground rails required, zero factory reconstruction cost. Standard 10.1-inch touch screen with emergency stop button, matched deep camera, RGB camera, LiDAR and IMU multi-sensor collaborative obstacle avoidance, support autonomous elevator, automatic induction door and rolling shutter passing, realize cross-floor full-automatic heavy material rack transportation.
