Daily Pre-Operation Inspection Items

Check these items every time before starting the chassis:

1.Tires: Check solid explosion-proof tires for serious cracks, wear or foreign objects embedded; remove gravel, metal scraps stuck in tires timely.

2.Battery & BMS System: Observe battery surface for swelling, leakage or corrosion; confirm BMS display no overvoltage/undervoltage fault alarms.

3.Motor & Drive Parts: Check motor sealing covers, cable connectors for looseness, water stain or chemical corrosion.

4.Protection Housing: Ensure all IP54/IP64 sealing rubber strips are intact, no gaps or damage on the chassis shell.

5.Brake Function: Test differential braking to guarantee sensitive and reliable stopping performance.

6.Ground Clearance & Undercarriage: Clean up mud, chemical residue accumulated under the chassis to avoid corrosion or jamming.
