WD-T800SPro heavy-duty tracked robot chassis adopts sandblasted oxidized aluminum alloy structure. Optional plastic/metal tracks, single-layer & double-layer frame available. Built-in STM32 controller, compatible with ROS system, complete open-source data provided. Max load 20KG, ideal for education research, autonomous navigation and secondary development projects。

Product Overview

WD-T800SPro two-drive tracked mobile development platform is an open-source programmable robot chassis developed for education, laboratory research and DIY robot development.

The chassis frame uses sandblasted oxidized hard aluminum alloy plate, anti-static and high structural strength. Customers can choose plastic tracked version or zinc alloy metal tracked version, and select single-layer or double-layer mounting structure according to equipment installation demands.

Standard equipped with STM32F407 main control board and Hall encoder, supporting 2.4G remote control, upper computer serial communication. Upgradeable to ROS version with Jetson Nano, LiDAR and depth camera for autonomous navigation research. We supply full source code, development manuals and technical tutorials for zero-beginner and advanced developers.

Operating Precautions

1.The load test data is measured on flat indoor tile ground. The actual load capacity will decrease on rugged outdoor terrain.

2.The chassis dimension is manually measured, allow error within 1~10mm.

3.Avoid continuous overloading, to prevent motor overheating and service life reduction.

4.Regularly clean gravel and dirt stuck on tracks and driving wheels to reduce wear.

5.Lithium battery cannot be over-discharged; please charge timely after use.
