Product Overview

WD-S150 submerged under-ride factory material handling robot is our latent jack-up autonomous mobile robot, specially developed for workshop turnover rack, material trolley automatic transfer.

Different from vertical lifting AMR, WD-S150 features ultra-low compact chassis of only 310mm height, it can drive into the bottom of metal storage shelves, then lift up the whole frame via built-in submerged lifting mechanism, realize fully automatic shelf transportation without manual pushing trolleys. Standard matched shelf outer size 700660350mm, all frame dimensions support personalized customization.

Marker-free Laser SLAM navigation without magnetic strips or ground QR codes, zero factory reconstruction cost. Equipped with LiDAR, IMU inertial module, RGB visual camera, emergency stop button and status indicator light strip, full-range dynamic obstacle avoidance, support multi-robot cluster collaborative scheduling, realize 7*24 hours unmanned workshop intralogistics operation.

Working Environment Requirements

1.Only for indoor dry flat workshops and labs; humid, corrosive, explosive and outdoor scenes need customized special explosion-proof version.

2.Ground bumps cannot exceed 20mm, slope ≤5°, prohibit running on oily slippery ground, which will cause shelf sliding during under-ride lifting transportation.

3.Reserve aisle width ≥70cm, do not stack cables, boxes and debris to block robot walking paths.

4.Keep LiDAR and RGB camera lens clean at all times, avoid stickers, scratches or covering sensors, which trigger positioning drift and obstacle avoidance failure.

Submerged Under-ride Lifting Safety Rules

1.Before startup, check no debris under the shelf frame; prohibit putting hands and feet under the shelf when the robot enters underneath and lifts up.

2.Strictly forbid overloading 150kg rated load; overweight will cause lifting motor damage and shelf tipping risk during moving.

3.Only transport flat-bottom complete metal shelves, prohibit unbalanced, overhanging goods leading to gravity offset.

4.The robot automatically reduces speed after lifting shelves, do not manually force high-speed operation under load state.

5.Press emergency stop button immediately if abnormal shaking, noise or shelf sliding occurs, cut off power and inspect before restarting.
