WD-K11 custom load crawler robot chassis is a universal tracked mobile platform adopting single-side independent track power layout. Each track walking system is equipped with separate power supply and high-torque brushless motor to realize high space utilization. Optimized matching of chassis height and power delivers outstanding trafficability, low center of gravity, stable operation and high transmission efficiency, providing reliable mobile solutions for all industries. It supports quick disassembly and replacement of various functional modules, including information relay station, reconnaissance search platform, rescue transport platform, mine clearance EOD platform, UAV carrying platform and lifting hoisting platform.

Derivative Robots

1.Long-distance reconnaissance relay robot: Equipped with PTZ camera and wireless signal station for border and field patrol.

2.Emergency rescue transport robot: Carry stretcher platform to transfer wounded personnel in disaster hazard zones.

3.Mine clearance & EOD robot: Match mine detector and manipulator for remote hazardous ordnance disposal.

Daily Maintenance

1.Visual inspection: Check frame, tracks, drive wheels and dampers for deformation, cracks and impact damage. Clean gravel, crop straw and metal scraps stuck in track gaps to avoid jamming and track scratch.

2.Power system inspection

Electric models: Check loose or corroded battery terminals & aviation plugs; confirm normal BMS indicator; no abnormal smell or noise from motors and drivers.

Diesel hydraulic models: Verify diesel and hydraulic oil level, no oil leakage at pipe joints; engine oil level meets standard.

3.Travel & suspension: Manually turn tracks without stuck or abnormal noise.

4.No-load test run: Drive at low speed for 3-5 mins to test forward, reverse, steering and climbing without deviation or abnormal noise.
