WD-TS900 four-wheel drive tracked chassis adopts aluminum alloy structure with independent suspension shock absorption. It supports Bluetooth APP and PS2 remote control, open-source code, equipped with optional encoder motor. Suitable for rescue robot development, outdoor off-road experiments, university research and secondary development projects.

Product Overview

WD-TS900 tracked chassis is a high-performance 4-wheel drive all-terrain crawler robot development platform built with lightweight aluminum alloy material. Equipped with independent suspension shock absorber system, this off-road tracked chassis can adapt to complex outdoor terrain.

The chassis supports open-source code development, compatible with Arduino UNO control expansion board. Multiple control modes optional: PS2 wireless controller, Bluetooth APP mobile control and upper computer command control. Two types of DC geared motors can be selected, including encoder motor version for speed feedback closed-loop control.

It is widely used for rescue robot prototype development, outdoor inspection robot, university teaching experiment, robot competition and maker DIY secondary development. Reserved abundant mounting holes for installing LiDAR, camera, sensors and robotic arms.

Notes & Operating Precautions

1.Do not plug the Bluetooth module during data interface downloading.

2.When wiring, power cannot be connected to the UNO main board, power supply must connect to the expansion board.

3.Bluetooth control and PS2 controller cannot work simultaneously, do not plug both interfaces at the same time.

4.Bluetooth APP mode does not support servo control function.

5.If forward driving deviates, adjust the forward knob with Phillips screwdriver; adjust reverse knob for backward deviation.

6.Avoid long-term overloading, prevent motor overheating and track deformation.

7.Avoid long-term working in muddy water and corrosive environment to protect metal components.
