Product Overview

WD-TS500 is a medium-heavy load shock-absorbing metal tracked chassis independently developed for outdoor off-road, industrial inspection, engineering model and experimental robot development.

The whole vehicle adopts full metal integrated structure, aluminum alloy frame, stainless steel driving wheels and zinc alloy anti-wear tracks, matched with built-in bearing load wheels and passive shock absorption structure, with excellent obstacle crossing and buffering performance on uneven roads. Equipped with 12V 37 brushed DC reduction motor with encoder, it realizes precise closed-loop speed control, supports customized voltage, reduction ratio and speed. The top panel is reserved with dense standard mounting holes, which is convenient to install main control modules, sensors, cameras, mechanical arms and other equipment, widely applicable to commercial robots, academic research and engineering prototype customization.

Note: This chassis only includes mechanical structure and motors, control system needs separate matching customization.
