The WD-TS300 shock-absorbing tracked chassis features a sandblasted and anodized aluminum alloy structure, and is available in multiple versions equipped with lightweight plastic tracks and metal alloy tracks. Numerous mounting holes are reserved on the chassis, which can be matched with motors to realize remote control via mobile phone APP and mini-programs. Boasting excellent off-road and shock absorption performance, it is applicable to robot DIY projects, teaching research and development, as well as outdoor detection operations.

Product Overview

WD-TS300 is a new upgraded suspension shock-absorbing tracked robot chassis developed by our company, divided into standard plastic track version, lightweight TS300-L version and heavy-duty zinc alloy metal track version.

The whole frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy with sandblasting & anodic oxidation anti-corrosion treatment, built-in independent spring suspension structure, greatly improving the stability when driving on gravel, slopes, rugged roads and other complex terrain.

The top panel reserves rich standard mounting holes, perfectly compatible with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, various servo motors, robotic arms, cameras and sensors. It can be matched with 37-type DC geared motors to realize remote control via mobile phone APP, WeChat mini-program and wireless remote controller, which is the preferred basic platform for maker DIY, university teaching experiments, intelligent vehicle competitions and outdoor inspection robots.

Multi-group spring independent suspension design, each load wheel can buffer independently; effectively filter road bumps, the vehicle body keeps stable during climbing and obstacle crossing, maximum climbing slope up to 30°, excellent adaptability to farmland, gravel, woodland and uneven ground.

The top mounting plate reserves fixed holes for Arduino main control board, 9g servo, standard large servo, 37mm motor, robotic arm and camera module, convenient for secondary development and function expansion, no need for extra drilling.

Cooperate with matching drive board and main control module, support Android/IOS mobile APP control, WeChat mini-program control, 2.4G wireless remote control, serial port computer upper computer control, flexible and easy programming.
