The WD-Ma600 Magnetic Wall Climbing Crawler Chassis is our medium-heavy load tracked climbing base engineered for long-hour high-altitude metal wall industrial work.
Different from small lightweight wall climbing chassis, this WD-Ma600 model adopts dual independent 400W AC servo drive system matched with high 175 ratio planetary reducers, which provides stable low-speed output and tremendous climbing torque. The whole vehicle is equipped with high-performance NdFeB neodymium iron boron permanent magnets to form reliable vertical adsorption force, safely carrying medium-sized operation equipment up to 40kg on 90° vertical ferromagnetic walls.
With solid mechanical structure and IP54 dustproof & waterproof design, this magnetic wall crawler chassis runs smoothly on steel ship hulls, oil storage tanks, iron tower walls and workshop metal panels, supporting automatic cleaning, rust removal blasting, anti-corrosion spraying, NDT inspection and robotic welding integration. Custom OEM service is available for payload, track width and mounting platform size.
