WD-TS800S 4WD tracked robot chassis features a stainless steel frame and is fitted with four 12V DC geared motors. Its plastic tracks enable obstacle crossing capability. It comes standard with 2.4G remote control, supports a maximum load of 12kg, and has reserved mounting holes. It is ideal for DIY development, scientific research and teaching, as well as small inspection robots.

Product Overview

WD-TS800S four-wheel drive tracked robot chassis is a lightweight off-road crawler mobile platform for robot enthusiasts, university labs and small unmanned vehicle development. The frame adopts high-strength stainless steel material, matched with wear-resistant plastic tracks.

It is driven by four independent 25-type 12V 330RPM brushed DC geared motors. Standard equipped with 2.4G MC6 remote control system, control distance up to 100 meters within line of sight. The top panel reserves dense mounting holes for installing sensors, cameras, single-board computers and other equipment. It can cross obstacles up to 50mm, adapt to various complex ground conditions. Widely used for robot teaching experiments, DIY maker projects, short-distance inspection robot prototype development.

1.4WD Independent Drive Design

Four independent DC geared motors provide powerful traction. Flexible forward, backward, steering and in-place turning, good mobility for narrow spaces.

2.Stainless Steel Frame & Wear-Resistant Plastic Tracks

Stainless steel chassis structure, anti-rust and impact resistant. Plastic crawler tracks offer strong grip, suitable for flat ground, gravel and slightly rugged terrain.

3.Excellent Obstacle-Crossing Performance

Vertical obstacle crossing height ≤50mm, ground clearance 40mm. Capable of crossing small obstacles, ridges and uneven ground. Max speed 0~0.76m/s.

4.Complete 2.4G Remote Control System

Comes with MC6 2.4GHz remote controller & receiver. Effective control range around 100m in open area. Support forward, backward, left/right turn and speed adjustment.
